Long flights of stairs are so difficult for me. It is so hard that I avoid them if possible.
Lets go to the bedroom so I can change first. Then we will return to the living room where I remove my braces to put on some lovely nylons. then I’ll wrap my legs in steel and we will leave the apartment.
At the staircase you can watch as I work my way, stair by stair, holding and pulling on the railing towards the top of the stairs. I’ll turn around and come down again. It is exhausting and makes my legs ache. I wish you were her to rub them for me. I will sit on the stairs and sooth my tired legs myself.
